About 6 months ago I decided it was time to make a change. A change in my eating habits, a change in my stress management, and a change in my health.
It has lead me down this path that is incredibly fulfilling. I find out so much about the food we eat, the medicines we take and the items we expose ourselves to. In the middle of this journey, my family began to research their own healthy options. And now we eat better, we sleep better and we feel better.
